Summary:

Recommendations were made on chemistries and equipment which have been successfully implemented at the company. A manually operated aqueous immersion station is being used with a chemistry manufactured by the client, KPC 820 N.

Test Objective:

To try to replace two parts cleaners using methanol, MEK and xylene with a water based product.

Product Use:

mixing blades for product mixing; pipe fittings for transfer and miscellaneous tools for mixing and transferring operations.
